Return and Refund Policy - You Are a Mom

Right of Withdrawal
The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the order, pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005). Products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Return Shipping Costs : To be paid by the customer.

Return Procedure

  • Packaging and Shipping : Pack the product safely and ship, at your own expense, to the address indicated:

Remember to include your order number inside the package.

Refunds
The refund will be processed within 20 business days of receipt and verification of the return, using the same payment method as the original one.

Refund after one or more size changes:

If you request a return with a refund after having made one or more size exchanges for the same items, the shipping costs we incurred for the size exchanges, equal to 8.50 euros , will be deducted from the total refund.

Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer service at info@tuseimamma.com within 14 days. "Tu Sei Mamma" will cover shipping costs. Once the defect has been verified, you can request a refund or replacement.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity
In accordance with the Consumer Code and European Directive 771/2019/EC, we guarantee the conformity of our products for up to 24 months from delivery. Any defects must be reported within 26 months of delivery.
