Return and Refund Policy – Tu Sei Mamma
📌 Right of Withdrawal
The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the order, pursuant to Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005).
Products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging.

📦 Return Procedure
1. Start the return process by sending an email to info@tuseimamma.com, indicating the order number and the product you wish to return.
2. Within 48/72 hours, your request will be processed and you will receive via email all the necessary instructions to complete the return, including the return address and shipping details.
3. After sending the package, please keep the tracking number until you receive confirmation of delivery.

💳 Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 20 business days of receiving and verifying the returned item, using the same original payment method.
🔄 Refund after one or more size exchanges
If a refund is requested after one or more size exchanges for the same item, the shipping costs incurred by us for those exchanges (€8.50 each) will be deducted from the total refund amount.

❌ Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Service at info@tuseimamma.com within 14 days of delivery.
In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by Tu Sei Mamma.
After verifying the defect, you may choose to receive either a refund or a free replacement.

🛡️ Legal Warranty of Conformity
In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and European Directive 771/2019/EC, products sold by Tu Sei Mamma are covered by a 24-month legal warranty of conformity from the date of delivery.
Consumers must report any lack of conformity within 2 months of its discovery.
The warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, improper use, or failure to follow washing instructions.
