Size Change Terms and Conditions - You Are a Mom Size Change in Italy
If you purchased a product in the wrong size and wish to exchange it, you can request a size exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. For customers in Italy, "Tu Sei Mamma" will take care of both picking up the exchanged product and shipping the new size, at no additional cost.
The size exchange service is free and guaranteed for one size exchange for each item .
Starting from the second size exchange of the same item, the shipping costs for sending the return will be paid by the customer, while the shipping costs for sending the new size will remain at our expense.
Size Change Procedure (Italy)
1. Exchange Request: Send an email to info@tuseimamma.com indicating the order number and the size you would like to exchange.
2. Confirmation and Collection: You will receive a confirmation and instructions for collecting the product from your address. Please ensure the product is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
3. Shipping of the New Size: After receiving the original product, we will ship the new size at no cost.
Size Exchange for Foreign Customers (Countries outside Italy)
For customers outside of Italy, size exchanges are also available within 14 days of receiving the order. However, shipping terms require the customer to pay for the return shipment. "Tu Sei Mamma" will cover the shipping costs for the new size.
Size Change Procedure (Abroad)
- Shipping the Original Product: Ship the product to our address, ensuring that it is intact, unused, specifying the order number and the new size desired:

2. Sending the New Size: After receiving and verifying the original product, we will ship the new size at our expense.
General Conditions for Size Exchanges
* Product Condition: Products must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, complete with all tags.
* Exclusions: Size exchanges are not permitted for sealed, opened or damaged products for hygiene reasons.
* Processing Time: Exchanges will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the original item at our warehouse. You will receive a notification and a tracking number for the new item.
Important Note
It is essential to comply with the above conditions to ensure efficient exchange management. In the event of non-compliance, "Tu Sei Mamma" reserves the right to refuse the exchange.
