Terms and Conditions for Size Exchange – Tu Sei Mamma

If you purchased a product in the wrong size and wish to exchange it, you may request a size exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

The first size exchange for each item is free of charge.
From the second exchange on the same item, a fee of €7.50 will be applied to cover handling and logistics costs.

⚠️ This condition applies per single item, not per order: if you purchase multiple items in different orders, the first size exchange for each item will always remain free.

📌 Size Exchange Procedure

    1.    Exchange Request: send an email to info@tuseimamma.com indicating the order number and the desired size for the exchange.
    2.    Confirmation and Return: you will receive a confirmation and instructions for sending back the item to be replaced. Please ensure the product is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
    3.    Shipment of the New Size: after receiving and verifying the original product, we will proceed with shipping the new size.

📦 General Conditions for Size Exchange

    •    Product Conditions: items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, and complete with all labels.
    •    Exclusions: size exchanges are not allowed for sealed products that have been opened or damaged for hygienic reasons.
    •    Processing Time: the exchange will be processed within 10 business days from receipt of the original item at our warehouse. You will receive a notification and the tracking number for the new size shipment.

It is essential to comply with the above conditions to ensure efficient handling of the exchange.
If the conditions are not met, Tu Sei Mamma reserves the right to refuse the exchange.
