5) Order Process and Confirmation
• Submitting an order constitutes a purchase offer. The order confirmation email does not imply final acceptance; acceptance occurs when the order is prepared/shipped.
• In case of cancellation (by us or by the customer under applicable law/policy), you will receive a refund according to the Returns & Refunds Policy.

6) Shipping and Delivery
• Handling, fulfillment, timing, and costs are described on the Shipping & Delivery page.
• Stated times are average/indicative: delays due to force majeure (strikes, customs, weather, seasonal peaks) are not attributable to Tu Sei Mamma.
• Transfer of risk: upon delivery to the carrier, the risk of loss/damage passes to the customer, except where covered by Insured Delivery (if purchased) or by mandatory applicable law.
• Orders with items shipped from different warehouses may arrive in separate shipments.

7) Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Refunds
• Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days from delivery (Art. 52 Italian Consumer Code), as detailed on the Returns & Refunds page.
• Products must be returned intact, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
• Practical details (request via email, return instructions, refund timing) are outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
• Defective or incorrect products: follow the procedure indicated in the policy; after verification, a refund or replacement will be provided.
• The Legal Guarantee of Conformity lasts 24 months from delivery (for consumers); defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery. Damage due to misuse, improper washing, or normal wear is excluded.

8) Size Exchange
• The first size exchange for each item is free (within 14 days).
• From the second exchange on the same item, a management/logistics fee applies, as stated on the Size Exchange page: /pages/cambio-taglia.
• Unified procedure valid for all countries: request via email, instructions provided, product integrity check, and shipment of the new size.

9) Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Site:
• for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes;
• to violate others’ intellectual property or privacy rights;
• to upload/transmit viruses or harmful code;
